- Pools are open from 9.00 a.m. till 8.00 p.m. (children under 14 y.o. admitted until 18.30)
- Saunas are open from 3.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. (children admitted just from 16 y.o.)

- Tourist tax: 2.00 EUR per person per day - free for kids under 14.
Supplements:
- Double room for single use provided on request by calling.
- Pet surcharge: only on request in some room types, a small/medium-sized pet is allowed at the price of € 10.00 per day.

Reductions in 3rd and 4th beds are applied according to age and room occupancy.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellation terms for single/individual bookings:
- In case of cancellation within 16 days of arrival, the cancellation is free of charge; your deposit will be 100% refunded.
- In case of cancellation from 15 to 4 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained, but can still be used 100% for another stay at our facilities Hotel Ariston or AlpHoliday Dolomiti, within one year from the notice of cancellation, in a period to be agreed.
- In case of cancellation of the stay from 3 to 2 days before arrival, an amount equal to 50% will be charged.
- In case of cancellation the day before arrival at the hotel, an amount equal to 80% will be charged.
- In the event of a no-show, 100 % will be charged.
