- Pet surcharge: only on request in some room types, a small/medium-sized pet is allowed at the price of € 10.00 per day;
- Late check-out (subject to availability): on request Euro 80.00.

In the event of cancellation, the following conditions will apply:
Cancellation conditions for single bookings:
In the case of cancellation within 16 days of arrival, the cancellation is free of charge; your deposit will be 100% refunded.
In the case of cancellation from 15 to 4 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained, but can still be used 100% for another stay at our facilities Hotel Ariston or AlpHoliday Dolomiti, within one year from the notice of cancellation, in a period to be agreed upon
In the case of cancellation 3 to 2 days prior to arrival, 50% will be charged.
In case of cancellation on the day before arrival at the hotel, an amount equal to 80% will be charged.
In the event of a no-show, 100 % will be charged.
